Coaching
Coaching at OYO can be a rewarding and memorable experience. OYO invests in its coaches. OYO leaders take the time to facilitate coaches’ meetings throughout the season, run coaches’ clinics with local high school coaches, provide feedback via coach evaluation forms, and communicate regularly with coaches throughout the season. All of this is designed to ensure you can be productive and successful as a coach at OYO, where success is not determined by wins and losses but how players learn the game.
