Volunteer Today! Join the OYO Board

Help make a difference in the lives of nearly 1,500 children who choose to play at OYO every year.  We welcome all interested parents to consider joining the board in 2011. 

Nominations are being accepted for any position – except for Executive Board of Director offices (since office holders are all currently serving the first of their two-year term) and the Travel Baseball and Travel Softball commissioner positions, who were elected at the July meeting with terms commencing on the 1st of August. 

To learn more about areas the OYO Board experience, areas where we’re seeking more volunteers, or to submit your nomination, please contact either Michael DeSanto, OYO President, or Jennifer Ruble, OYO Secretary.  All nominations must be received by 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 11.

The 2012 officers and board members will be elected at the September meeting with term commencing on the 1st of November.  The OYO Board of Directors annual elections will be conducted at the September board meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, September 13 at 8 p.m. at Jenn Park.
