BOMBERS TRAVEL BASEBALL PROGRAM

The Oaklandon Bombers are competitive travel baseball teams for ages 7 thru 12 years old. The Bomber program is divided into two leagues: Recreational Travel (RT) and Full-time Travel (FTT).

RT Bombers teams play games and tournaments against near-by sanctioned teams throughout Central Indiana after the recreational season has completed. A typical RT Bomber regular season runs from May through July in which the team will participate in 4 to 5 tournaments. Only those players who have participated in OYO's recreational program can play for the RT Bombers.

FTT Bomber teams play games and tournaments only against other designated full-time travel teams. Since FTT players do not participate in the recreational league, the FTT team's season typically runs from February through July. FTT Bomber teams travel throughout Indiana and in select tournaments out of state.

OYO FTT travel team tryouts occur in August.

Selections for all RT and FTT Bombers teams are by a tryout/evaluation process and participation on both days is recommended.
